Therefore, I had contacted the company with my complaint, which without delay they had responded by apologizing, and informing me that their latest shipment of the product had not included the case. I was then offered a 50% refund, which I believe was more than generous on their part, and a true indicator of a great company, which I will continue to do business with in the future
