OK for a youngster. Retirees need something with larger parts.

glue is good, but costly,
Product much too expensive @$5.12 a pop. The glue dries quickly and is not messy;

A fine dollhouse for beginner or veteran builder.
1 of 1 found this helpful The wood is heavier than most dollhouses. still it is easy to remove the Parts from the boards. The design is excelent. The product is well priced. I just ordered a second one.
