Good Workstation- High Power Consumption
2 of 2 found this helpful Fast machine, 12 physical / 24 logical cores when BIOS set to hyperthread. Watch your electric bill, this workstation draws about 200 watts and under load even more. Unable to reduce power consumption via the WIN10 power settings. Would be best for a system not left on all the time- I have mine in service as a video surveillance recorder- CPU load with eight 1080 cams streaming at various frame rate and Blue Iris software is less than 30%. Network MOBO ports appear to be 10/100 but will test again and install gig card if needed. Hard drive did not work but still a good value.

TRASH!! Complete fog over 20X Worse than K-Mart Tasco !!
1 of 2 found this helpful By far the WORST scope I've ever bought. There was a slight mark on the scope when I opened it that made me wonder if it was reconditioned or new. Next....THEY DON'T USE 1" RINGS!!! It's some odd size larger. They don't tell you this! So I couldn't use my 3/8" .22 rings- and only have one rifle this would fit on.
Next- the zoom knob was almost impossible to turn past 30X- huge lump there...but everything turns to fog after 20X anyway. I tried slight pressure right, left, up and down- the tube bends like it's made of rubber...but it never gets good contrast past 20X. It's not a simple internal alignment problem from what I can tell...it's just the worst scope I've ever seen.
Now, after waiting a week for this to come from Ontario California I have to ship this garbage back and wait for my money.
Save yourself the trouble I have...move on and get something better. As to other reviews that are positive? I can't imagine how they got there. This is junk, Junk, JUNK!!
