This is a slick idea
this left hand throttle is actually a safety feature once you learn how and when to use it. I'm putting one on each of my Skandics.

I bought a set just as a backup after installing a steering stabilizer kit. Now I can always put the OEM part spindles back in if I need.
IT's a pretty beefy part of the sled so there's not much that can be wrong with it.
