Do Not Fit a Standard Olympic Bar

While these look like standard weights, they are clearly not. Not one of them slides more than a couple of inches onto my olympic bar, whereas all of the weights I already have slide right on. I even tried to lightly file the interior surface of the hole, thinking the paint was too thick or there was a small burr or something, but that didn't even work. Every single plate has the same issue.
