Problem with scrambling.

The reason I'm writing this is that one of the reviewers said: "The BF-888S radios, once programmed, will communicate with each other inside the net. Any outside the net radio that has not been programmed, cannot understand the garbled speech." The problem with this is that the FCC does not allow scrambled radio communications to be used by the civilian population. If these radios have that feature, they are not supposed to be used that way here in the US.

Great holster for derringers.
Bought this to pocket carry my Bond Arms Rowdy. I want to carry the Rowdy in my cargo pocket. It's a little loose in there, but it's easier to get the gun out than if I used a leather pocket holster.
