  Great deal for an older bill. 10 for 10 I'll take that all day. Good communication with seller so no complaints. Shipped safely. A little late but no big deal.   i won an emerald and diamond ring at auction and my sale was processed and charged to my account, Several hours later I received an email telling me that there was a reserve on the ring and that they would not ship it out and they did not mention a refund at the time, I have won other auctions where the reserve was not met and was immediately notified and was not charged for the item. I had to ask and wait two days for my refund, Not the best experience.
