Did the trick...

Replaced the one-shot thermal limit or on my Hunter fan with this unit. Fixed the light issue and now, if the limit or should ever trip in the future, will reset itself and never need replacing. Love the fact I did not have to replace the whole fan to fix the problem or risk a fire hazard by bypassing.
