Great product with terrible instructions and too short bolts
Fast shipping. Great packing. Very well finished.
Very poor instructions. Writer and translator do not speak english as a primary language. You have a very difficult time telling if the picture of what you are to do to assemble is showing from the passenger side or rear of van side. Many of the bolts are said to use a washer and lockwasher but are not long enough to allow use of both. Barely long enough to use with just the lock washer. No good description or picture of how to bolt the upper portion to the vehicle. It would be good if one could download the instructions before purchase so as to know what one is getting into. In the end it works as described. The manufacturer could put a video of assembly on line. That would help.
