    Seller sent two AudioQuest Beetles, and no cable or power supply. Listing advertised no packaging, but parts included as per retail package. When I asked about the missing parts, seller said they do not stock parts for this item, and offered a refund. A ruse for their error. I'll keep the two Beetles, which otherwise work as expected, thank you. Be advised: Grandpa does not know what he is selling.

    The item itself is fine, but the listing is deceptive. I purchased a table-chair set. The table is shown in the pics and it's advertised as a set (table with six chairs). Seller shipped item timely, but when I opened the box there was no table included in the shipment. I contacted the seller to request a tracking # for the table (assumed it shipped separately). Response was send it back. Too bulky to return, not worth the trouble. Read the fine print before purchasing from this seller.

    Bien reçu mon coli par contre j'ai envoyé au préalable un message au vendeur que je voulais que mon coli soit bien protéger lors de l'expédition ( US vers la France) et je n'ai eu aucune réponse avec le vendeur et le coli n'étais pas du tout protéger ( plastique bulle ...) du coup le carton a subi de nombreux dommages. Étant une collectionneuse je souhaitai conserver ma poupée dans sa boîte d'origine...

    I received the package and I apologize for the negative reviews. The problem arose with the delivery with Croatian Post because they told Asenda that they had the wrong address and that they could not contact me, which is not true,and once again please accept my apologies
