Awful product and customer service
Poor quality product stop working after 3 times use. Contacted the company, send them a video indicating the issue and received such a hilarious respond
"We sincerely apologize to hear about this issue. Unfortunately, your item is no longer covered by the 60-day warranty/ return policy, and we are unable further assist you."
Spend almost $200 and my daughter can't ride it anymore.
I do not recommend this product to anybody.

slow even watching youtube videos. surfing the web it gets stuck also. not worth the money.
