Charging device w/o issue thus far - charging light, however, is different from original, so not entirely sure it is MS original.

Great water flosser
Purchased to replace an older model Water Pik - our brand of choice. The Aquarius arrived and is as described with no issues with use thus far (and none expected 8-). This unit is easily adjustable for water volume and delivery pressure. The newer model hand piece with the pressure adjustment on the main unit is more comfortable to use with no danger of inadvertently changing the pressure setting while in use but with a switch to temporarily interrupt the flow if need be. We particularly like that the water chamber has a cover and evaporation vents for any remaining moisture after use - though we do wipe the chamber dry when finished.
Because this was 'open box', we did purchase an extended warranty though the unit has a three year manufacturer's warranty - just in case. We expect continuing good use from our new Water Pik.
