Tingly and minty as it softens hair
Makes my hair soft, and gives my scalp a pleasant tingly, minty feeling. The 33.8 oz. size lasts a very long time, and I use it to refill a smaller bottle of the same conditioner. A good value.

Good Stuff
Stops the itch and feels soothing. It is a cream and easy to apply. It doesn't burn, unlike competing products in a spray form that I tried before finding Fresh Balls. It's also less messy.
