  The deal was cancelled by the seller who kept me informed about what was going on. The reason for the problem was a small mistake at the sellers end reference inventory. The refund was issued within hours of the listing ending. The only bug bear is that eBay keep the money for 3 to 5 days before you get it paid back. Nothing the seller could do about that. I have placed a positive because the seller could do no more except maybe keep an eye on inventory list LOL !
