Effective item for getting the juice out of your lemon slice
A simple but straightforward item that an individual with reasonable dexterity can use to squeeze the juice from citrus fruits. It may work on other fruit but our use was for getting the most out of our lemons. I know the size of lemons vary but for the most part the lemons we buy a semi-circular slice fits comfortably into the squeezer. Close the two halves of the squeezer together over your glass, apply some pressure and the juice dribbles out into your glass. Saves trying to get the juice out with a spoon or getting your hands sticky as was the case before having the squeezer.

Poor design and poor quality
Having followed the instructions on fitting the roof bars I fitted a roof box on top. Despite the roof box being empty and it weighing significantly less that the load limit of the bars on the first bend the bars slid out of their mounts, the end caps ending up on the road. Recovering the end caps the bars were relocated in their mounts. To prevent the bars sliding out of their mounts I drilled through and bolted the bars to ensure they were secure. Having thoroughly checked that the mount covers were secure and the clamps to the roof bars were tight the roof box was loaded and we set off on our journey. After a few miles the clamps were checked for tightness, the thumbscrews are difficult to ensure adequate purchase of the clamping arrangement. At the end of the first leg of our journey one of the clamps had become loose whilst the others held good but two of the mounts covers had obviously worked loose and were now missing. Cable ties were then wrapped around the clamps to provide some additional support and the remaining mount covers removed. After two weeks no further movement of the clamps had occurred although the metalwork was rusty due to poor metal finishing. I would not recommend anyone purchasing these roof bars.
The photos show the bolt securing the bar in the mount. The rust is a result of just three weeks use. The cable ties were to provide some reassurance after the initial loosening of the clamp, it is difficult to tell if they were necessary.

No external wiring required
1 of 1 found this helpful This this the third 100 LED Security light I have bought for less than £17. Don’t expect top quality or workmanship after all it comes from China. But it is adequate for the price, the long lead between solar panel and light allows a useful degree of freedom. I have the lamp installed to illuminate the inside my garage with the solar panel doing its thing outside. The sensitivity controls require time to get set up but once they are it all seems to function OK. The light from the 100 LEDs extends far and wide and is adequate to see your way. It will be interesting to see just how long they continue working. So far I have had about three months operation from the first one I installed.
