New Alternator at 1/2 Cost of Rebuilt
Brand new and less than 1/2 the local cost of a rebuilt. Have only been using it for four weeks now, but so far it is working perfectly. Also, very much appreciate the fact that it had a new pulley and I did not have to switch the old pully.

An original Equipment item that is much better than the original.
1 of 1 found this helpful This is the original equipment cab pressure vent - except that it is an improved design from the original. The lock clips on the originals was a poor design and one of them seems to have broken during the truck build. That was in 2003!
The result was water leaking into the truck, and it was unbelievably hard to locate the source of the leak. The seats and carpet had to be removed in order to discover where the water was entering the truck.
These will undoubtedly last for the life of the truck.

It works, but poorly!
Questions nbr. 1 and 3 do not apply at all. This is a replacement part that was intended for some other mower. Obviously the original part is no longer available and this one has to be "jury-rigged" in order to made to fit. You must drill the bolt holes, the size listed in the instructions are far too large for the bolts, and once you do tightening the bolts is super difficult. A socket and a wrench will not fit the bolt head (the center cone of the flywheel fan butts up against the bolt head).
It works, but it is really a poor alternative. If I had to do it over, I'd find a used part somewhere.
