  The listing for this pocket knife stated the knife had wear and tear and signs of age and to look at the photos. I was fine with all of that but the listing did not state that the knife would not lock in either the open or closed position and you could not tell that from the photos. I contacted the seller and told him I felt that he should have mentioned in the listing. I had no response. Therefore, are the reasons for my negative feedback.

  All you had to do was ask for a refund. Very unfair feedback, as I sold it "as shown, as is" for 1/3 the price of a better condition knife. These type of feedback's are viciously unfair and should not be allowed. I've had 100% feedback for many years straight, shameful!
