Inherent flaws
It unfortunately has the same problem all uprights have. They constantly get plugged up in the bottom where the hose begins and at every bend. I don't know the solution for it but it could use easier methods for clearing the plugs of dust and any object larger than 1/2 inch. I love uprights but this is a problem inherent with the physical aspects of the beast!
