I look forward to carving my Hitty kits.The pieces are cut so you can easily see how they are supposed to be shaped--even for a newbie like me who has never carved before. The head even includes a slope for the nose! The wood is a beautiful color and less rough than I expected. I look forward to the challenge of making a doll while saving money in the process. The kits arrived in a cardboard box made ESPECIALLY to fit them: no extra waste.
