Good day, i purchased Kuuma water heater...

Good day, i purchased Kuuma water heater from Your shop but after installation it appears that High Temperature Limiter was showing NO CONTINUITY which will stop power from ever getting to the element. Heater is defective and is not working. Shop is not replaying for my msg sent via eBay.
