Create Your Own Candle Lab Fragrance Scent Colour Dye Tin Melt Mix Spa Relaxing

Unimpressed with the quality and useability

I was really looking forward to making these with my daughter over the Summer holiday, but they were a massive let down I’m sorry to say. Re the making process; as soon as the blue coloured liquid hit the melted wax, it formed massive clumps, half solidified, straight away, that no amount of stirring would remove. The only thing was to pour the lumpy mixture into the candle tin as it was. The second candle didn’t do the same oddly enough. The red liquid did not seem to clump the melted wax and the second candle looked so much more smooth and more like an actual candle. Unfortunately, the blue candle would only light once. The wick just fizzes and refuses to light after the first time it lighted for about five minutes and then fizzed out again. The pinky red candle has been lit a few times and generally stays lit for a good ten minutes before fizzing out. Neither candle has any smell that is released when the candles are burning. My daughter was so excited about these and I wish I hadn’t bothered now; a big waste of time and money.
