Happy, but with qualifications
PRO: bright white light. upgrade from original H7 bulbs. great price compared to halogen bulbs from local auto store.
CON: no instructions & no retainer clip to hold unit in the headlight housing. took some judicious grinding and careful bending of OEM clip to modify to hold this LED.
web page claimed a 5-year warranty, but have no idea how to make a claim if ever needed. ordered twice. first shipment came from New Jersey, second came from Kentucky.

needed adjustment to work properly
1 of 1 found this helpful bobbins came in a plastic storage box, a very handy plus compared to other things i found online. the first bobbin broke immediately upon use. upon inspection, i found that most of the bobbins had a manufacturing seam causing a burr that snagged the thread. rather than return the bobbins, i used a sharp knife blade to scrape off the burr. since doing that, all the bobbins have worked perfectly.

Tricky to assemble, but better than original
item came promptly. got the key cut at Lowes (which i understand cuts more keys than anyone else in USA), and proceeded to swap out the electronics. easy enough until i went to put the two halves together. seemed something wasn't made correctly, but further fussing with it got it fitted in place. the inner rubber part, which is larger than my original, is a tight fit, but once assembled, should provide better protection from dirt and moisture than what i had. i'm tempted to order spares so i'll be ready next time i need one for either of my two Pacificas.
