Not What You Thought
The inversion table is something to become use to, gradually. Recommend one research the benefits with the assistance of a qualified instructor. Otherwise, one's investment may do more harm than good.

Less Than Anticipated
Nice, but fails to stay put, no matter how clean the surface of the nose supports to which they are being mounted. After four turned loose and moved around the nose supports I gave up. Going back to the nose boots, they work if you are able to mount them properly. Sometimes the nose boot needs to be slit along its axis, so as to be able to fit over some nose supports. This image looked like the nose boots I've been using. Read the listing, these are glue on, poor glue.

Water bottles with real handles are better.
Pulled the sleeve and installed it on a double wall glass container. Will use the bottle without its sleeve.
