Just what I needed

I have a roll top computer disk I purchased 20+ years ago. It had bed for a tambour lock but none was provide with it (Consignment shop buy). I had been looking of and on for one over the years when I saw this one. It was a drop in fit, and although it was not a satin brass finish like the rest of the hardware, I'll take it!

Saved me big $$ by not throwing away my UPS

I have 2 older battery backup UPS devices that quit working. One unit was a drop in fit for this battery and the other I realized had a smaller battery but would accept this battery with the removal of some small plastic partition baffles. I never checked the post size, however, and I need to make an adapter to connect the new battery which had larger posts. Not a problem. I now have 2 working UPS units that would have been thrown away.
