    This is my second pair of boots from this vendor, but it won't be my last. Once again, the boots were even better than described, packaged securely, and shipped promptly - so promptly, in fact, that they arrived a full week ahead of the estimated delivery time. Awesome products and top notch customer service.

    The boots were in good condition and as described. The only complaint I have is that the boots were NOT packaged well. They were sent in a plastic bag with no protection put around the boots to prevent damage during shipping. When I received them them the bag had several small cuts in the bag from shipping, I buy and sell boots myself and ALWAYS put them in a BOOT BOX and wrap each boot to prevent damage during shipping, I get these boxes from a local boot store. Change your shipping practices

    Super quick shipping. Boots were as described but came dirty. but we were able to clean them up pretty easy. I contacted seller about that and they quickly responded with apologies and a discount on a future purchase. I appreciate a respectful seller who can admit error and do something to bring back a hesitant customer. Will shop with Got_Boots again.
