The 2 Items you sent me is NOT AS DESCRIBED. The Title Clearly indicates they are 12ft long and Heavy Duty - but as per pictures attached, the ones you sent me is LESS THAN 5ft longand are NOT HEAVY DUTY at all. False advertising. I request an immediate FULL REFUND, and if you want these “NOT AS DESCRIBED” Items returned, send me a Pre-Paid, Self-Addressed Return Shipping Label and I’ll send them back to you.
