Great for variety of ages for weight loss body toning.
3 of 3 found this helpful This DVD has uplifting music and all of Leslie's walking moves and hit (interval) training. I knew before I ordered what I was getting because I belong to an exercise group that uses this DVD. MY group is mostly seniors who do as their bodies can handle. It is fun and incorporates many muscle groups and raises and lowers the rate.

Ian a senior citizen and I do these aerobic workouts with a group of seniors an many are in their 70's and we keep up to our abilities. We love to be challenged! We have a variety of her DVD's and we she us the best!
