Overall it gets the job done, but would not buy again
1 of 1 found this helpful The item was shipped and arrived in a reasonable amount of time and the packaging was fine.
However when I looked at the handle I was immediately disappointed.
The shape of the knob was not symmetrical. It had way too much varnish on it. The slot for the wedge was not cut straight. The grain density was poor and the orientation could not be worse; it was completely perpendicular to the shaft.
I ordered another handle prior to this from the same seller that was 14" and was better quality however it came cracked down the side of the handle.
On the bright side their customer service is pretty good and if you follow their easy replacement process they will send you a replacement free of charge.
