The very best sound my computer ever made with this card...
I had an on-board sound card with my Win 7 HP PC....I got used to the sound over a year or so THEN I purchased this baby!! This soundcard transformed my pc into a true audio editing studio quality sound.....the difference was virtually night versus day with this SB1570 card...the best sound I ever experienced from a pc!!! I never did need to install the CD software because windows(7) found it and installed it a wow what a sound...!! //Gordon Heffler

This is a great little radio that works as expected completely....it is very flexible in how to set it up and the factory defaults in the menue are about correct to go right into operating it. It has a very handy FM broadcast receiver setting to listen to your fav FM station BUT is also a very capable and frequency agile two way radio for VHF or UHF. I found the UHF band to be more favourable for two way communications and have used the radios with 5km range under favourable (line of sight) conditions.
