    This system was received as advertised: slightly used, console only. Secured with bubble wrap and packing materials. Unfortunately shipped via FedEx passed thru several of their facilities before it reached me. Ultimately, this item was damaged in transit and I contacted the seller immediately. Seller had great communication, very understanding, and thankfully has shipping insurance. Received a full refund, I'm very grateful. Great customer service! I recommend using fragile stickers next time!
