First reply out of the seller was accusations that I emptied the product and customers like me do this this all the time. Absolutely no customer service skills or no apologies about what happened and how they can handle or take care of it. The item was a glass-like bottle. I don't open sealed items. It must have been broken during transit; regardless it was in a padded envelope and the box the product came from. That is all I tried to explain, but got back abusive unprofessional responses.

I purchased two items from goodproo-62 (280) and I only got one item I asked for a refund and the seller said he didn't know how to do refunds! Totally unacceptable! Then the seller was supposed ship me the remaining item by August 8, and it never happens!!! I suffer from Parkinson's disease and made an honest mistake. I could not ship the item because of a relapse of tremors. I have 90% great feedback as I do my best; however, I can't control when my health fails. Don't wish it to anyone. All I can do is lay on the couch in a fetal position to reduce shaking and pain for two weeks at the time.
