A piece of junk

This thing simply doesn't charge. When it's plugged in, it flashes blue for 2 seconds and then stops charging. It's completely worthless. I'dreturn it but the shipping expense is close to what I paid for it. No wonder it was so inexpensive. Interestingly, this is the second one of these that I've had and the last one did the same thing.
