Sex and Racism in America
Mr. Herndon's book, "Sex and Racism in America" discusses 1960s sexual relations from the viewpoints of the four participants: white woman, black man, white man, black woman. It tells of the perils faced by black men in the south if they dared to enter into relationships with white women, while at the same time white men had unrestricted sexual access of black females.
Overall, the book is well written, with plenty of personal experiences. Highly recommended!
