Sturdy enough for a large dog

Duke is a 9-month-old golden retriever puppy that doesn't like baths. Once we got him in the tub, he seems to like it. The stairs didn't stay put so my husband had to lift him in. He's 75 pounds already so we will have to figure out how to anchor the stairs.
