Solid, Quality part that comes with thermal paste preapplied. Be careful about Part Number selection.
I used this part on a Lenovo P70. The thermal fan assembly seems to be working great. It also seems a lot quieter than the one I replaced wherein one of the fans had failed.
Importantly, it comes with pre-applied thermal paste... so no need to buy a separate tube.
There is a visually similar part number 00NY301. I could not discern which part number would would for the Lenovo P70.... I went with the NY300 and it appears to be the correct part. Maybe the NY301 is for the P51 and/or P71??? I can't say.

Great Product. Easy to Install. Wish it would have greater extension but it is more than most.
I bought this for my wife and she likes it a lot. It installs quickly. The one thing my wife would have liked is a larger range of extension to limit how much she has to bend forward. But, I don't think there are other products on the market with a greater reach and comparable quality/features.
So, I would recommend this product.
