The Sound of Silence
2 of 2 found this helpful These earphones were a pleasant surprise gift from my husband. He bought them so that my late-night TV programs would not interrupt his beauty sleep. The phones are amazingly light, very comfortable, and the sound is excellent. The transmitter set-up was quick and easy, although the light that indicates that the unit is on, is too bright. A small piece of electrician's tape solved that minor problem. Unfortunately, the added beauty sleep is not going well for the hubby.

Exactly what I needed.
The product is from a trusted manufacturer, very good quality. The location of the solenoid on the engine block makes for an imaginative replacement. To get a socket on the 2 mounting bolts, I cut the air intake duct where it passes over the solenoid, then rotated the duct out of the way. It was a simple job that required some duct tape to compete the repair.
After the installation, I started the engine to check the "idiot lights". The 'check engine' light stayed on which puzzled me. I let the engine idle for 10 minutes and the "idiot light" disappeared. Evidently, the vapor canister has to contain sufficient vapor pressure to activate the system.
