Denise Austin's exercise DVD's are great!
I loved this product because the exercises are easy to do for the average person but at the same time challenging enough to give you results. Denise Austin encourages you and makes you want to continue exercising. This DVD includes a cardio exercise to do three times a week and a strength training segment to do the other two days a week. Purchased new it comes with a bright resistance band as well. The only thing I would caution buyers about is that it does have some sequences in it that if you're not very coordinated it could be tricky. The sequences are pretty basic though. I highly recommend this product to anyone and am very satisfied with my purchase.
