You don't need to spend huge on a CPU
2 of 2 found this helpful I was very happy to find this CPU very fast. I have it water cooled with a Corsair H80i V2 and it runs very cool all the time. I have Windows 10 set to 100% minimum CPU state so it sits on 4GHz all the time and only turbos up to 4.3GHz and still runs very cool. Max 45 C under load so far on a warm day, 28-35 C at idle depending on external temps so far but I haven't seen an Australian summer yet... fingers crossed! Happy to find I didn't need to spend more on a faster chip because watching the monitoring programs it is keeping up with my other medium to high end components. I have it running with 3600Mhz RAM, GTX 1660 Super and Z490 MB and it is very comfortable and is not letting the team down at all.

Switchable devices makes this mouse so useful.
Expensive but being able to use it between both my laptop and desktop is much easier, convenient and cleaner than using two different pointing devices. It is simple to switch devices after having set it up, just a click on a little button underneath the mouse and two clicks to get it back to the pc or one click to use it on my android tablet as you can use up to three devices at once. Has a little LED to show you which device you are on, 1, 2 or 3. Scroll wheel is not great in the freewheel option (jitters and moves too much) but great in the clicked position. Gesture button can be reprogrammed to do really handy commands in games. Tracks on any surface and I mean any surface, even the mesh on top of my pc. Battery lasts for months. Recharge is slow for only a 500ma battery but that just means it will last longer. The guides show it will be quite easy to replace the battery when it needs a new one too. Was a little fussy on what USB port it wanted on Windows 10. USB 1 & 2 works much better than version 3 on my pc. Came with a super slim USB receiver that is great for my laptop. I have it paired with the MX Keys keyboard. Good combo. I have had it for a few months now and it's the best mouse I have used by far. Very happy.
