My hair feels awful now
I have my hair purple so I was hoping to get it lighter as shown in the picture on the product. It removed about as much dye as washing with head and shoulder does, that is to say, it lifted maybe half a shade of color. The worst part about this product though is that it left my hair incredibly dry and coarse to the touch. I’ve tried hair masks and leave in in conditioner and my hair still feels awful. I’ve bleached my hair many times over the last 10 years and it’s never felt this bad before. I ordered olaplex as a last ditch effort, otherwise I may cut my hair because it feels gross and tangles all the time.
