Very Happy!.
Great Product. Brand New in the box with all documentation as seen in the picture. I installed product the day it was received. Recommend also installing 10T50 or part# 103861-02 - Interface Module
Pros: Works great with my current system. Install (upgrade) was about an hour - hour and half removing current system and installing the new. You can turn off the cooling limit setting in the winter and heating limit during the summer.Many more features than previous model. The app has a lot more functions available with this model than previous. Ability to adjust schedule from the app. Looks great on the wall with the weather screen saver.
Cons: The connections are a little cheesy but will work if your careful. Setting up the WiFi was a little frustrating but mostly my fault.

Very happy with the product
The product arrived ahead of schedule and in better shape that I anticipated. Seller will be on my favorite list.
