  dishonest seller. I returned THIS PHONE that's UNDER A 12 MONTH CONTRACT TO STRAIGHT TALK (see photos) that was NOT DISCLOSED IN THE LISTING under the Money Back Guarantee & after arguing, then finally caving because they were wrong, they relisted it WITHOUT MENTIONING THE CONTRACT!! I confirmed w/ TWO STRAIGHT TALK REPS that you MUST USE THE 12 MONTH CONTRACT or buy it out for $300. So this phone is going to cost you extra $300 or $45 x 12 for the contract but seller still isn't disclosing.
