Compelling reading brilliant writing

I borrowed the first in this series from my daughter in desperation as I had no new book to read never thinking that I would be so easily drawn into the series. As this was the only one she had by the time I was a quarter of the way through i was searching for the others. I found these at such a good price I ordered right away. Really low price with no loss of quality and I am already through the second of the five. This is a compelling series really well written and I find I have to make myself put the current book down or nothing else would get done. Once I have finished my daughter is first in line for them and I will certainly get his other books. These are a great read whilst casting light on a period and place I had previously only scant knowledge about. I am an avid reader and finding a new author is a bit like the best Christmas present ever!!!
