He told me I would feel the effects in a couple days, and that was accurate. I was experiencing painful inflammation in one knee and general stiffness and pain in my joints in the morning. The knee was x-rayed and a detailed diagnosis provided listing arthritis and water on the knee. Now, just two weeks into use, I feel generally better, rise easier with a noticeable lack of pain, and even knelt on my knee a day ago without pain.
Beyond these specific examples, I can state that I feel better in general. My mind seems clearer and I have better energy.
I am impressed, and have recommended this product to my mom who has been experiencing increasing arthritis for years. She is 84, and we are together excited to evaluate her results.
