Great buy

It works as advertised. Just remember that it's not a typical smartthings connect and go situation. It requires specific device handlers and and smart app to work. Other than that I'm very happy

Great deal

Worked right out of the box, I did not need to call Honeywell to unregister it. Setup is easy, just make sure you have C wire available (constant 24V) as it will not work without it.
