Typical Superior Penn Product
Strong frame and smooth drag. I purchased two 60's and two 40's all in left-handed models. These are easy and fun to use...from inshore Bluefish to offshore Tuna and Mahi-Mahi.

Penn Still Rocks
Plenty of extra spool area to hold a large volume of line. An excellent addition to compliment the backbone of my rods.
Smooth and comfortable all around operation and balance...no "wobble".
I'm impressed with the durability of this equipment thinking originally that the graphite frame could be a weakness. Not so!
My advanced research prior to making my purchase indicated that this reel basically has the internal guts of the International Series, but at a more affordable price.
I take good care of my equipment, so I'm expecting many years of dependability with the proper maintenance.

What can you say about a product that's been proven time and time again over so many years? Plus, the bait-runner feature adds even more to this exceptional spinning reel.
The frame is not heavy, stands up exceptionally well to the salt environment, and the drag system provides a smooth fight.
I purchased two of them and they will both go to good use.
