Good sound product but not good mic and transmitter.
To start with i think the headset is a okay product. ill list pros and cons to it and what i think should be improved or just the fact its refurbished and accepting of that fact.
Pros:
I love the sound quality and that is undeniable.
The wireless aspect of the headset is much appreciative.
It also works with PS3 via the same settings as PS4.
Cons: (related to the fact its refurbished so its not new)
The battery is rated at 10 hours and i believe i have gotten 6 so far without noise cancellation and super human hearing.
Super human hearing sounds really bad as if a driver isn't working
The usb transmitter is spotty at times and does not always push the sound through and can be very aggravating as it happens every 15 minutes on average.
The mic is to far away from my face as several people say that i am to far away from the mic where the voice is not clear or loud enough. so im not sure if its the actual distance or that the mic is damaged because it is refurbished.
Overall Its a decent product, sound is great a Bluetooth is nice. I just wish the transmitter did not have any spotty issues. I also live in an apartment so it could be other Bluetooth signals messing it up but i don't know. The mic is also really disappointing as i have a cheaper 30 dollar wired turtle beach headset and the mic quality is much better for people on the receiving end of my transmission.
For the price its at, Bluetooth tech has always been expensive but for 100 dollars for refurbished and other problems i am having. i do not believe it warrants that price tag and could be 75 dollars.
