  My Blu-Ray movie took 3 weeks to arrive but it eventually made it. It was shipped quickly and although I don't mind recycled packaging, an old barcode on the envelope kept my package going through a sorting loop at the shipping facility. I had to ask the post office hand pick it off the line. Item was brand new as described and nice quality. I played it to be sure all was well there too. Price was a bit steep but it was for a rather hard to acquire video so that was to be expected.
