Best Smocking Designs for Dolls by Becker & Hinds 1995

I love this book of patterns. The instructions are clearly written, the color photos showing the finished designs are beautiful. This is a book I hope to use for many years! Joan Hinds has a number of books for popular modern dolls so be sure to check those out as well. One suggestion is always make sure the pattern packet has not been removed from the back of some of her books. The above book has the patterns inside and they can't be stolen. Some of her books contain a large packet in the back of the book with full size patterns for all projects described in the book. Many times people steal the pattern pack and you might not notice until you started your project.

A “must have” for Sasha collectors!

This is one of the most beautifully illustrated books available for Sasha. Not only do you receive a history of the clothing with beautiful color photographs of the original designs, you receive the full size patterns and directions to create your own designs. The knitting patterns included are so cute and the directions are easy to follow. This seems like a big investment but it is worth every penny!
