  I purchased a shifter bracket for my G37 on October 1st. The seller created the shipping label on October 3rd and said it would ship that same day, but FedEx didn’t receive the package until October 6th. I sent four messages and only got one reply. The item arrived on October 9th and was as described, but communication and shipping transparency could be much better.

  We're sorry to hear you had a less than stellar experience. Once the shipment leaves our possession, everyone involved is completely at the mercy of FedEx or whatever shipping agency. Often times, the packages do not get scanned when picked up, and don't get a scan until they hit the hub several days later. This was also over a weekend, which is why you didn't receive a reply, because our staff was at home enjoying time off with their families. Thank you for your business.

  The product I received was not  LUK was an aftermarket knock off, called something else REICAM Sat didn’t want to do the return needed the product so I have to install it of the seller, not honest

  We're sorry to hear that you are not happy with the product you purchased. As we told you in our message, the part PHYSICALLY was removed from a LUK box and stored on our shelf. REICAM is a multi-national holdings company for several brands, acquired Valeo, who USED to manufacture for LUK. So the reason the part is stamped Reicam, is because THEY ARE LITERALLY PART OF THE SAME PARTS NETWORK. You bought a $200 part for 1/4 of the MSRP, and still found a reason to complain. Best of luck.

  seller knowingly sold a product he knew was faulty. Will cost 3 times what I paid for it to get it repaired. I did not see the disclaimer from my phone so now Im stuck with a part thats in worse shape than mine that i took from my car. Spoke with him about my address and he never brought up the issue that the one he was selling was faulty. No different than selling a bad tire. He refused to give me a refund so I will use this as a lesson to never buy anything from ebay again.

  We're sorry you had a bad experience. The listing was listed under the category "For Parts/Not Working" which is exactly what ebay requires when listing parts that need repairs. We also clearly outlined in the parts description that the ECU needed repairs, hence why it was 1/3rd of the retail price. We are not responsible for that message not being clear enough from a mobile phone.
