    I made an offer on 6 separate figures and they were agreed upon, and then charged instantly. I contacted the seller immediately to combine shipping. I was ignored until AFTER they were shipped. Terrible ebayer.

    Please update your feedback. The buyer's shipping cost's were refunded/reduced to only $5.99 for all 7 items. The buyer was addressed by management who apologized for the error and inconvenience and who also addressed the training/shipping issue with the team.
